Mission

PVDP Objectives:
Support and develop replicable models of and strategies for sustainable development based on community participation and local resource mobilization. Support initiatives for sustainable community based, gender sensitive development with particular focus on; drinking water supply, environmental sanitation, education, agriculture, health & nutrition, and micro credit & enterprise. To encourage, build and strengthen the technical and management capacity of development organizations (CBOs, NGOs and government line departments) to ensure sustainability of development initiatives. To create linkages between different stakeholders including development organizations (private & public) for sustainable development.
