Information and data collection from Identified madaris; primary data concerning students/teachers enrolment was listed by LSBE team and also listed their need to improve the infra structure development the madaris collected from the respective madaris management

LSBE team visited each madrassa and compiled a list of master trainers with the consultation of Madrassa Mohtamim and also they confirmed their participation for 3 days TMOT in WPF office at Islamabad
Training of Master Trainers
Main objectives of the training
Review of the all curriculum with Master Trainers through training To built the capacity of madaras in charge and PVDP project Staff on LSBE curriculum. Three days master training was conducted in WPF office at Islamabad in which 10 master trainers participated (7 from Peshawar and 3 from Quetta side). In this training beside the capacity building of the master trainers the manual as a guide for the teachers and workbook for the students were also finalized.
Outcomes:
A group of master trainers trained, who can further train the teachers volunteerly in their community
Training of Teachers (ToT)
Objectives of the trainings
To build the knowledge and skills of teachers regarding LSBE implementation in Madaris. To draft a work plan for the implementation of LSBE in Madaris.After the selection of educators with the consultation of each madrassa incharge/ Mohtamim two lists were compiled (one for male teachers and other for female teachers) and they confirmed their participation in ToTs. Total 18 numbers of teachers were trained through these two ToTs. Female teachers training was conducted in female madrassa Tehfeez ul Quran (Kohati) in which 11 female teachers participated on behalf of 3 selected female madrassa.§ Male teachers training were conducted in Continental Guest House in which 7 male teachers participated on behalf of 3 male madrassa.
Outcomes:
Teachers gain comprehensive knowledge regarding LSBE as well as good learning & communication skills through this training.
